We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time :
In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). The order handling time is 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
We use the USPS to deliver the product.
Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at Contact@moduxury.com or at +1 (205)430-9118
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
To return your product, you should mail your product, SKU number, copy of the receipt to: email@example.com
You have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
